Lotus Race Dash and Data Logger
This project consists of a Race Technologies Dash 2 as well as their DL-1
Data Logger. The entire install is 100% converted back to stock if so
desired.
The D2 along with DL-1 gives the user the ability to display a multitude
of live and logged data, toggle between 5 user defined screens, create lap
markers, utlize GPS mapping and speed display, along with a host of other
options.
This car is setup with the following sensors that can be displayed and
are logged:
- TPS, tapped OE sensor
- RPM, tapped OE coil common
- Wheel Speed, tapped OE Sensor
- GPS Speed, DL-1
- Fuel Level, tapped OE sensor
- AFR (wide band), NGK AFX
- Water Temp, tapped OE sensor
All OE taps were done at the ECU. We ran two CAT5 wires through the
engine bay grommet under the ECU to the Dash2 and DL-1 via the shifter spine
in the cabin.
